Recipe:
200g Verkerks Bavarian Apricot & Raisin

Packet Verkerks Kransky's

Packet Verkerks American Streaky Bacon
Smoked
Chicken (your choice)
Smoked
Salmon & Prawns (your choice)

adding:
500g
Rice cooked with Tumeric
1
Onion
1
Chopped Clove Garlic
Mushrooms
Frozen
Peas
Red
Peppers
Seasonings
Marmalade:
3
Chilies, 300ml Orange Juice, 300g Sugar
Method:
1. Boil rice with Tumeric, strain and cool
2.
Pan-fry bacon, Onion, Garlic
3.
Add Bavarian, Kransky, Seafood & Vegetables
4.
In large wok pan slowly mix rice & all other ingredients.
5.
Once heated through serve on large round plate, drizzling Marmalade
around Paella
6.
