Recipe:
1 x 230g packet Verkerks American Streaky bacon

corn cobs, cut each into four
2
red peppers, cut into quarters
2
yellow peppers, cut into quarters
4
medium potatoes, par-cooked and cut into wedges
8
large mushrooms
4
tomatoes halved
1/3
cup basil pesto (optional)
fresh
basil to garnish
Method:
Preheat grill or barbecue. Lightly brush the vegetables and place
with bacon on a grilling tray. Grill until cooked to your desire.
Serve on warm plates. Drizzle food with basil pesto, season with
salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve Immediately
