Sauce Chasseur:
1 dried shallot
2 diced tomatoes
fresh tarragon
½ cup demi-glaze (gravy base)
100g mushrooms
chopped garlic
salt & pepper to taste
Cook beef steaks in hot pan to preference
In a separate pan, sweat garlic off, then add remaining ingredients
and reduce
Serve with Bavarian Pomme purée (mashed potato with Verkerks Bavarian
Hot'n'Spicy loaf shredded through) and broccoli & roast garlic
