Description:

Prime lean beef covered in a spicy pepper blend made to the original New York recipe; heavily smoked and roasted.

Packages:

Whole or pre-sliced in 1kg and 100g or 1kg gas flushed tray


STORAGE:

Chill between 1 and 4C

Keep Vacuumed or in breathable wrapper (eg. lunch wrap).

Shelf life after opening - 2 days at <4C

SLICING INSTRUCTIONS:

Clean the slicer and make sure the blade is sharp.

Slice at a thickness of 1mm

 

DISPLAY TIPS:

Slice the meat in a very tidy stack or shingled with dividers. Hang packets on display hooks

 

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
