Live'r'little - The Verkerk's Liver Sausage is a traditional smooth pate lightly seasoned and flavoured with onion. A tasty additional and an ideal source of iron, this handy little sausage can be used on it's own or to form the basis of an easy homemade pate - go live'r'little.

A smooth textured liver pate delicately seasoned with onions and mild spices

Packages:

200g chubs

 

STORAGE:

Chill between 1 and 4C

Keep vacuumed or in breathable wrapper (eg. lunch wrapper)

Shelf life after opening - 4 days at <4C

DISPLAY TIPS:

Arrange neatly in rows or piles.

 

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

A good source of iron for on your sandwiches or a homemade pate (Heated in a pan with fried onions, salt, pepper and a hint of brandy, cool down with a topping of cracked pepper or shaved almonds). Can spread or mould any way you like, to make great garnishing for crackers or bread.
