SUGGESTIONS:
A
good source of iron for on your sandwiches or a homemade pate (Heated
in a pan with fried onions, salt, pepper and a hint of brandy, cool
down with a topping of cracked pepper or shaved almonds). Can spread
or mould any way you like, to make great garnishing for crackers
or bread.
