Hungarian Salami

 
Description: A coarse textured salami with cracked pepper and garlic. The maturing and heavy smoking make this a full bodied salami

STORAGE:

Chill between 1 and 4C

Keep vacuumed or in breathable wrapper (eg. lunch wrap).

Shelf life after opening: About a month if hung in a dry atmosphere and not touching other products. If left unwrapped, salami will dry out and become hard.

 

DISPLAY TIPS:

Slice the meat in a very tidy stack or shingled
