Hot Beef & Hot Pork

 

Where there's smoke there's fire - Tender streaky pork and lean prime beef are gently rubbed with fiery spices, then smoked and roasted to juice perfection to create our Hot Pork and Hot Beef. Ideal in any salad, platter or sandwich, the Verkerk's combination of smoke and fire is fiendishly good and ready right now

Hot Beef

Description: Lean Prime-cut beef rubbed in hot spiced and roasted to absolute juicy perfection
Packages: Whole or pre-sliced in 1kg and 100g.

Hot Pork

Description: Tender streaky pork rubbed in hot spices, gently wood-smoked and roasted to juicy perfection
Packages: Whole or pre-sliced in 1kg, 500g & 100g.

STORAGE

Chill between 1 and 4C

Keep vacuumed or in breathable wrapper (eg. lunch wrap)

Shelf life after opening 2 days at <4C

 

SLICING INSTRUCTIONS

Clean the slicer and make sure the blade is sharp.

Slice at a thickness of 1.5mm

 

DISPLAY TIPS

Slice the meat in a very tidy stack or shingled. Hang packets on display hooks

 

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Very tasty in cold pasta dishes with chopped spring onions, fresh tomatoes and lettuce. Awesome in a sandwich!
