TIPS:

SERVING
SUGGESTIONS:
To
serve cold- carve off the bone
To
serve hot - remove the skin and glaze with a 50/50 mix of chilli
sauce and apricot jam. Reheat in oven on 180C for approximately
1 hour until golden brown. Carve hot and serve.
