Frankfurters & Cabanas

 

Party animals - from age five to fifty, the joy of a freshly cooked Frankfurter in a hot dog, with mustard or simply in a good tomato sauce is enough to get most people's mouths watering. Whether the classic Frankfurter or the spicy Cabana, these traditional 'Franks' will get any age of party animal reaching for the ketchup.

 

Frankfurters

Description:

A traditional German sausage made with a blend of beef and pork, smoked and cooked.

Packages:

1kg packets for all 3 types and Frankfurters also in 300g packets.


Cabanas

Description: A coarse ground Frankfurter style sausage with a spicy taste of chilli and garlic, and lightly smoked.
Packages: 1kg packets.


STORAGE:

Chill between 1 and 4C

Keep Vacuumed or in breathable wrapper (eg. lunch wrap).

Shelf life after opening: 4 days at <4C

 

DISPLAY TIPS:

Arrange neatly in a tray. Hang 300g Frankfurters packets on a display hook or stack in neat pile.

 

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

Good for hotdogs or served hot as finger food with tomato sauce or chunky chutney.
