A mild, salt-cured, prime-cut of beef; very tasty, moist and lean.

Packages:

Whole or pre-sliced in 1kg and 120g

 

STORAGE:

Chill between 1 and 4C

Keep Vacuumed or in breathable wrapper (eg. lunch wrap).

Shelf life after opening - 2 days at <4C


SLICING INSTRUCTIONS:

Clean the slicer and make sure the blade is sharp.

Slice at a thickness of 2mm

 

DISPLAY TIPS:

Slice the meat in a very tidy stack or shingled with dividers. Hang packets on display hooks

 

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

Something different in sandwiches, salads or quiches, hot or cold. Rolled or folded on a meat platter.
