Local
flavour - From the rolling plains of the South Island comes the
Verkerk's range of Canterbury Smoked and Roast Beef. These two prime
tender cuts are the ideal basis for sandwiches, salads and meat
platters; and are each unique with the rich dark tones of the smokehouse
or the spicy caramel marinade of the classic roast. It's all Mainland
flavour, and it tastes great.
