SLICING
INSTRUCTIONS:
Clean
the slicer and make sure the blade is sharp.
Slice
at a thickness of 1.5mm. Can also be shaved.
DISPLAY
TIPS:
Slice
the meat in a very tidy stack or shingled.
SERVING
SUGGESTIONS:
Excellent
hams for salad rolls or sandwiches. Cut into ribbons or 1x1cm squares
and add to summer salads. It can also be sliced thicker and fried
as ham steaks served with pineapple.
Traditional
ham can be reheated in the oven with a glaze and served as carving
ham.
Buffet
Carve ham can be reheated in the oven and served as a carving ham
or sliced and served cold or wrapped around asparagus.
