INSTRUCTIONS:
Clean
the slicer and make sure the blade is sharp.
Slice
at a thickness of 1.5mm

Slice
the meat in a very tidy stack or shingled.
SERVING
SUGGESTIONS:
Reheat
the loaf in the oven and serve as you would a roast. Serve
thinly sliced with fresh tomatoes as a snack / light lunch or slice
'Ham Steak' thickness and fry or BBQ
for extra fun and taste delight.
